Faro Airport (FAO): Approximate driving time to Choromar Apartments is 45 minutes and distance is 45 kilometres (28 miles).
Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; a typical fare is 35-45 to Albufeira. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and Faro city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season. From here guests can catch the fast 'Tranrapido' bus service along the coast to Albufeira.
Driving directions: Take the A22 highway from Faro airport and exit for Albufeira. Pass over the roundabout ('Rotary Club') and, at the second roundabout, turn left. Pass over two more roundabouts, and at the third turn left towards Montechoro. Take the fourth right (signposted Escola E.B 2.3 Prͺ Diamantina Negrγo and Choromar). Continue until the end of the road. Do not stop at the Choromar signs as there are many blocks. Turn left, drive about 30 metres and on the left-hand side there is a Roman-style entrance leading to the property's reception.
